Lovely Italian charm, friendly staff, great breakfast with genuine Vermont maple syrup, well connected to main attractions via metro, excellent location and value for money, upscale residential neighborhood.

Vibrant location, close to city center and main attractions. Comfortable, clean room with necessary amenities. Delicious breakfast and lovely outdoor terrace. Friendly, helpful staff who speak English. Interesting thematic items related to Luigi Pirandello.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel provides excellent value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean rooms and regular towel and bedding changes. The location in a residential area offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the bus stop right outside takes you directly to the city center. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near embassies and is opposite the Qatar embassy.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide helpful information and assistance, making guests feel welcome. Additionally, the delicious homemade breakfast and lovely views from the front porch add to the overall charm of the hotel.

The drop ceilings in the rooms detract from the otherwise charming ambiance of the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the subway and bus stop, and surrounded by embassies. It felt okay all time and secure. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a charming breakfast area and a cozy lounge. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with daily changes of towels and bedding. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the subway and buses.

The first thing that impressed me about this hotel was its attention to detail. The room was well-appointed with tasteful decor and all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the room was always kept clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In terms of improvements, I honestly couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. All was simply perfect during our stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, nestled near embassies outside but close to main attractions. It was just a short walk to the Trevi fountain and easy to access other sites a first-time visitor to Rome will want to see. Plus, being next door to the Australian embassy made us feel safe. The rooms were well-appointed and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The staff was always nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

The language barrier was a bit frustrating as some of the staff had broken English, and there was no overnight staff available, which made us feel a bit insecure.

The room was smaller than expected and we struggled to find enough space for our suitcases. The entrance had little steps, difficult to maneuver heavy suitcases.
